usually if they say to me that they’re not trans that’s the dealbreaker. i go “oh they’re not a real trans person”
What's a "deal-breaker" for you when deciding if someone's actually trans or not? Where do you draw the line?
This, but like , said, only if it's some varient of physical. Social dysphoria is an indicator that something maybe wrong, but personally I feel like if that's all you're dealing with it's not being trans it's likely just some other trauma that you can fix. I think the best anecdotal Indicator that's true is people who only have social dysphoria usually take HRT and still feel bad or feel like it was a mistake more often and more strongly than other trans people, it seems like.
Okay, you’re right, you gotta have some kind of physical dyshporia, hormones at the very least. Social dysphoria is very important for a lot of us, but if you have none of that, I could still see you as trans if you take HRT or want to but can’t. I don’t trust anyone who says “What about the trans people who don’t want to transition?” because those people are cis, the fuck you think the word “trans” comes from?
dysphoria
>If they mention that they're trans offhandedly
>"Yeah, I just kinda figured it out a few months ago" (saying they never felt weird about their gender before)
>Presenting as birth sex (not like a boymoder, but like a theyfab who just continues to live as a woman)
Everyone ITT is saying GD, and I agree. These are just things I'd use to determine if someone actually had it or not.
We don't have that here
What's the difference between agender and pangender?
Maximum effort put into passing
>HRT
>hair/clothes like a normal woman of their age and social group
>not obese in a male bodyfat way
>wig if advanced male pattern baldness
Simple AS
efforts to feminize body and outward appearance and preceptions
i recently met someone that (now) says they are a boy but have voice trained and they say not femboy either "im a guy that talks in girlvoice on xbox all day!"; they kept changing their story to me at one point they said they were on hrt since 18 and later confessed they arent trans but they are extremely feminine personality and a voice that mogs mine; i dont know what to think its like repressing but only voice training?? does anyone do that? they even say they wish they were girl lol but then the trans denials it doesnt make sense to me; also this person has way more mental issues than me and told me of some pretty fked up growing up etc, also bronie and furry
this person is really sweet and kind hearted though, until they feel slighted in some way
anyways i just was thinking this sort of thing is an unusual case for "is someone actually trans or not"
sorry if my post bothers anyone this person just confuses me
I wouldn't ask me, I'm the type of agender that rejects gender as a concept and "practice".
I'm more of a psycho that tries to enforce that gender is just brainworms and behaviorally speaking, we should not just accept our behaviors but try new things and see that the "only man can" or "only woman can" activities and mannerisms are not helpful delineations.
Pangender is redundant.
