I mostly based the body off of myself with smaller shoulders and more hip bones (All of my curves are in my thighs)

I tried to give him hips. Again the face is bad i really struggle with that. Having big hips doesn't mean your hips are as wide as your fuckin shoulders, most people don't have hips that wide or shoulders that small unless they're overweight.

Try giving him a less angular chin and just a rounder face in general. If you want to make him stereotypical give him either some garbage wispy facial hair or one of those ftm beards that exclusively grow on the neck (genuinely, you could give me a hundred lifetimes and I couldn't tell you why nobody shaves those)

I tried that! This is kinda how i draw soft faces (If you notice with my female character I draw her with straight lines. Him i tried to curve his nose, chin, cheeks.)
I will continue to try though.

It still looks pretty sharp though, way more V than U. Really tapered even if the very bottom is a curve. Maybe try drawing a cis female face shape and sharpening it up a bit to account for T instead of trying to make a feminine man face?
