The only injectable estradiol we can get here has norethisterone, a synthetic progestin.

Basically, I am doomed to rely on there being DIY suppliers until I die. If for some reason there are no DIY suppliers anymore, I'll be forced to use pills and spiro because bica is also ultra expensive.

What do you have in there? The only common mix I'm aware of is phenokinon, EB + prog. Like, it's not as good as EV because it's pretty spiky, but that's what most Thai trannies transition on, lol.
