Yes, but it's not a very big sacrifice to make. There's so much good food out there. You're denying yourself of far more enjoyment if you try to do stuff like avoid calories/carbs/sugar. If you have no limits on those things, then lots of non-meat food is delicious. And either way, the harm caused is so great that even if it were a far bigger sacrifice, it should still be done.
