I don't. I have an eating disorder

i like roasting vegetables and eating them over spanish rice with a bunch of hot sauce and sour cream. usually skip breakfast and lunch.

Usually I'll whip up some sort of whole wheat buns and a good protein source like 85/15 beef or salmon or whatever feels good

Breakfast: None
Lunch: wholesome chicken or tomato & basil soup w/ 2 sourdough toast slices
Dinner:
Usually Either
A) Honey & balsamic Salmon salad with garlic mushrooms + crispy onions
B)Quinoa and broccoli wraps
C)Falafel fajitas
Snacks: popcorn sometimes
Drinks: coffee x 4 usually

End my day almost always with 1 cup oatmeal
1.5 cup milk
.15 cup raisins
Seeds, nuts
Cacao powder

About 750 cals or so

7am: Two glasses of alkalised water with apple cider vinegar, then a smoothie of alkalised water, organic spirulina, activated almonds, maca, blueberries, stevia, coconut keffir and two organic, free-range eggs.
8.30am: Sprouted millet, sorghum, chia and buckwheat bread with liver pate, avocado, cultured vegetables plus ginger and liquorice root tea.
12.30pm: Fresh fish, sauteed kale and broccoli, spinach and avocado salad, cultured vegies.
3pm: Activated almonds, coconut chips, cacao nibs, plus green tea.
6.30pm: Emu meatballs, sauteed vegetables, cultured vegetables plus a cup of ginger and liquorice root tea.

Coffee first thing after wakeup
Breakfast doesn't always happen but usually egg ham and cheese on an english muffin+oj; if I have somewhere to be then banana+kind bar
Don't really eat lunch, maybe snack a bit, usually wait until dinner
I switch it up but I have two main go-tos
1. Chicken breast and veggies on a bed of greens with teriyaki or ginger dressing (picrel)
2. Veggie stir fry (potatos, peppers, cabbage, onion, jalapeno, garlic, cooked in olive oil) with turkey sausage and avocado
Usually snack again at some point before bed, though I try not to

I'm vegan, so whatever the fuck I want as long as it doesn't contain animals or animal products because I'm not a fucking degenerate.

Breakfast:
Mostly nothing, sometimes sandwich or banana
Day: something like diy ramen or rice with meat or just fried vegetables
Evening: berries, fruits or ice cream or all together. Or nothing


Most of the times I eat once per day btw.
I know I am really underweight but I am just too lazy to eat and dont find food tasty.
