Last night I ordered off otokonoko for the firstime using bitcoin and an electrum wallet. I watched youtube tutorials and should have done everything right. I mean the money definitely left my bank and was converted to the bitcoin and as far as I can tell the bitcoin was delivered to the right place.
I have emailed Lilian and also included screenshots of the wallet and transaction.
WHy wouldve this happened and what can I do?

I've had transaction issues paying with crypto before. Has to do with fluctuations and the fact that there are no real safeguards like there are with traditional banking. Never really worried about it until it happened with a multi thousand dollar legally binding contract, luckily I was able to pay with fiat but that was the last straw in my brief experiment with cryptos. It's really just a ponzi scheme and it isn't even anonymous, it's actually the exact opposite. If you want privacy do a wire transfer or use cash.

Most businesses who accept crypto, even legit ones do not care enough about a random person losing their coin because of their own mistake to make that kind of effort

It depends entirely on how well BTC is doing. Right now it's not really bad but the value has been on a slow decline all day
