idk, I'm a year and a half and just noticed it, i guess it just happened slowly over that time
well I knew some atrophy was to be expected, T is basicly a roid, but I always thought most of the storrys I heard were played-up to try to sound cute

I didn’t really notice it for a while either. I just moved a couple weeks ago and I actually had to have other people take some stuff because I physically could not budge it. I think that’s probably a first for me. We don’t have a ton of heavy furniture so I’ve really never been completely unable to lift things around before. I was never super strong, but even when things were getting heavier I’d still be able to power through.

yea! I was still moving some heavy-ish stuff from time to time and thought I was still pretty strong, but then I just got a sudden wake up call that I'm not nearly as stromg as I thought I was

my job is pretty physical so I still have muscles. My musculature is ok im decently happy with it besides my shoulders which look like a twink guy. a little muscle on the back and quads and glutes looks nice i just dont want muscle on my pec and traps and delts and hamstrings. been on hrt a year too guess im just a chad

damn that's crazy, turns out when you're not constantly doping with known anabolic steroid testosterone anymore you can't hold a lot of muscle that easily.
