unlikely and after a long time on hrt, you can become permanently sterile also, you shouldn't hope too much for that transplant honestly

Yeah I know lol, it's rly not a medical concern for anyone and there is not enough space in there for that anyways. Just a thought experiment. Hmm, I've heard a lot of effects regarding male genital functionality can be YMMV desu. Some ppl cannot ejaculate at all, some lose an inch or 2 or 3, some can ejaculate a lot with just no sperm, some ppl have softer erections around the same size. It's kinda hard to tell how a lot of these things will turn out without actually seeing the results for certain individuals.
And of course, I left out the consideration that I'm probably infertile either way :P
