A boymoder is a tranny who still presents themselves as male (wear males clothing and uses he/him pronouns) while on hrt because they feel as though they don't pass. Recently with all of the memes and boymoders who actually do pass, it's become more of an aesthetic and is basically just the new hrt femboy (a guy who take hrt just to be more pretty, similar to a dude taking steroids).

Nowadays, we call people who identify as male because they don't pass "manmoders".
