hrt takes like 6 years to be fully effective. you could go on progesterone to see if that speeds things up though. worked for me.

have you gotten your levels checked? if they're decent then start gaining weight, 15-20 lbs should help

it does matter actually. i'm the same height and start hrt at 95 lbs and i didn't see any changes at all until i gained weight. most of hrt is just moving fat around and at that weight you really don't have enough to make much of a difference.
