I need advice

So I've been talking to this guy off grindr, and he's given me £40 for pics. He says he wants to take me out etc and spoil me. Fast forward two days and he says he needs the £40 back (he didnt say what for but i suspect drugs), but he'll give me £300 on monday.

I dont know what to do. He seems genuine but i dont know what the best way to move forwards is. I genuinely need that money, it makes a difference to me, but at the same time he might give me 300 on monday.

What should i do, he's calling me now? Pic unrelated

keep the money. he just wanted free pics. just say you already spent it or something

I was thinking this, just an excuse to get free pics, then he'll leave

Bump

obviously scamming you, don't give it back

Is type of scam common? Why would he bother giving the money in the first place?

Heres what hes messaged so far.

I dont understand this scam, why does he get out of it

*What does he get out of it

>send money
>ask for it back by saying you sent it accidentally or that you need it back
>contact bank and say you accidentally sent the transfer or you didn't do it
>bank reverses transaction
>you are now out $40
or they're building up trust and will send 300 then probably refund that instead after asking for that back.

Block the fucker

>what does he get out of it
free nudes?

>I fancy you so much
Lol he knows you're a lonely loser in desperate need of some affection

what said. scam

Fuck, that is so devious

Im curious what he's going to say

Mmm very true

Dont be rude...

>Im curious what he's going to say
Just block or ignore him. Do not respond. Don't allow yourself to get pulled into it further.

Yeah its probably too good to be true

Im gonna ignore him, because its a bit weird and im spending that 40 quid on my hair

This was the screenshot he sent me to send the money too, is this dodgy? I cant believe someone is trying to scam me, its like something id read in a trashy magazine

You’re really gonna fall for that? Keep the money. You ain’t getting $300. Trust me. One of the oldest tricks in the book.

Im such a sucker for people being honest! Although i have this voice in t head saying... yeah hes gonna scam me.

I am NOT giving the money back, i know deep down I'd never hear from him again

>im spending that 40 quid on my hair
based exactly what you should do i don't know what that other screenshot means but scams are way more common than you think. And i've heard of this exact scam happening to others

Im going blonde tomorrow, i hope it looks good!

I cant believe there are so many scammers about, it causes so much misery and pain, dont they have a conscience?
