How I don't notice myself pushing air out other than the air it takes to create a word. Idk how this works it makes me angry and then I get sad and cry and close off from it again for months.

try whispering and varying the speeds of the breath and then try phonating with it

Think of it like youre talking in an empathetic tone, I accidentally landed on it cause I was talking to COVID-19 patients all day and would use an empathetic voice. It' easier to do it if you're speaking quietly.
