"Trans ideology" is a buzzword which means "trans people should be killed in the streets because I don't like them"

Transgender Ideology AKA the "Trans Agenda" is what Transphobes and TERFs believe we are trying to indoctrinate their children with. But the "ideology" itself refers to our Transgender beliefs. Basically, it refers to the belief that a boy can and will become a girl and vice versa, such as wearing the clothes and taking the hormones of the opposite sex and getting surgery to look more like the opposite sex, while believing that its ok to deceive people, as well as that there are more than 2 genders, and sex and gender are different. It also refers to the belief in giving children puberty blockers, and how we plan to take over and replace the "cis" (normal) people in this country with our satanic socialist ways.

i half-ironically throw around the term ‘trans ideology’ sometimes but only when talking about people that meme themselves into thinking they’re trans because they don’t “feel like their agab, they only feel like themselves!” or the general disappearance of gnc cis people. i mean, there’s absolutely a narrative that drives this behavior and it can be spoken about w/o it being a hate crime

Not gonna bother to define it but an example of trans ideology is when its adherents ask any remotely GNC person what their pronouns are when the person’s sex is very easy to decipher. Or when they use terms like ‘AFAB’/‘AMAB’ and ‘AGAB’ instead of just saying ‘(fe)male-born’ and ‘birth/genetic sex’. Or when they define lesbian as “non-man loving non-men” and gay as “non-woman loving non-women”.

That gender dysphoria exists("trans people don't exist" is a common one, and GD is deferred without further thought as a delusion that should be dispelled)/that transitioning is a valid form of treating it. Likewise, that people should have the autonomy to choose to transition, and that gender identity is a decision ultimately left up to the individual. It's basically of this at once, but when people use it they do so as a means of writing off everything at once in a broad gesture and without direct engagement or thinking.
