It's treatable if you get it done in your teens, you wear a brace that pushes the bone back into place, im too old for that now though and the bones are fused. I didn't want to get it sorted because I liked that it gave the illusion that i had a bit of a chest under clothes like an idiot lol
I think you caaan get it surgically treated but if I feel the need to go that route I'd rather just get a BA since apparently that can help to cover it up.

yeah it's not the worst. looks better/worse at different angles. These pics from like a week or two after I started HRT show it at its worst
