since I’m living alone it’s kinda hard to get motivated to cook something for myself every evening, it was more fun, when i had roommates that i could cook for :( i mostly make some kind of stew, that ill put in the fridge and eat for three days.

whatever its for lunch, usually heave on protein and low on carbs, lots of vegetables

I usually eat another yogurt or a slice of bread during the afternoon
>snack 2
Eat something sweet like a piece of cake or cookies
>dinners
whatever left from lunch
>drinks
mostly glasses of milk

I usually order hamburgers or pizza or something similar every 3 days and replace the snacks and dinner


when trying to lose weight:
>breakfast
1 slice of bread with ham and cheese, or1 yogurt with oats and 1/3 banana
>lunch
whatever its for lunch, usually heave on protein and low on carbs, lots of vegetables

sandwich, yogurt or sweet, or whey protein

I don’t have any pictures handy, but the last one i made yesterday was a lentil stew for example: brown lentils, carrots, potatoes, leek, vegetable bouillon, parsley root, various herbs and vinegar.

I'm having a coffee and a cinnamon roll in a nice cafe. Usually toast or oatmeal for breakfast though.

I kinda hate cooking, thank fuck my bf loves it or idk how I'd survive
