I am not losing muscle at any noticable rate at 7 months hrt despite nuked T. What to do now? Week long fasts? 1 small meal a day? Drugs?
What is the best way to get rid of my stupid repper muscles?
Best way to lose muscle?
Pretty low protein, low carb diet with a fuckton of cardio and a decent caloric deficit. You can also take T3/cytomel on top of all that to make yourself even more catabolic. I'm no longer on anything as extreme, but I currently weigh 170lbs, I'll go down to 165, but then I'll go back to 180 since it's a very comfortable weight for me. I'm 6'1.
My current diet As I said, not as extreme anymore, no more meds for speeding up my metabolism, no daily cardio aside from normal walks, no extreme caloric deficits, in ate
Ok, but can we discuss this pic? Like, holy fuck that tranny is hopeless
Thank you user :)

What is your current cardio routine?
thanks for always being here to help
Doing my part, haha. We don't have all that many experienced ex-fitfag trannies here, but newcomers pop up now and then.
As much sprinting as my knees tolerate and walking as much as possible otherwise.
My issue is probably just way too much protein intake, too used to it. Will eat more like milfhon from now on.
>milfhon
I'll never get used to this word.
yeah, you'll need to reduce your protein intake so that your body will take protein from your arms/chest/shoulders/backs instead.
Warning: that feels horrible, but it's worth it desu
can you do 5km@30min?
>that feels horrible, but it's worth it desu
I remember when my traps were hurting from being destroyed, jeeeez, but it's also quite reassuring and satisfying.
t. milfhon
>7 months
Duh? Log off for a couple years
Dont eat, dont move. Try to live like an Anorexic, 200-1200kcal and most of that Carbs
>most of that Carbs
Jfc, fats are the best for weight loss, carbs are absolute trash with too many negatives.
They dont want to Lose weight, but muscle. Most important is to not move and avoid protein and eat the least possible. Carbs just have way less energy than Fats so its easier to consume less kcal
>They dont want to Lose weight, but muscle
Ultimately same shit, what matters for the muscle loss is the lack of protein.
Fats are more filling, it's easier to get full on them, they also lack all the negatives of carbs assuming you don't go ham on shit filled with transfats. Carbs are just bad and a lot less filling, while you're trying to lose muscles on carbs, you'll get IR, T2D, etc along the way. It's just not worth it. Obv not shitting on green veggies, they have a lot less sugar, more fibre, and nutrients in them.
For this reason a low protein (

I've never had any issues like that, but if it's too mentally taxing, just slow down. Don't drop from >120 all the way down to
Starve a lot but not too much.
Around 600-1200 calories a day is a good range. As little protein as possible in those calories.
Try to stay away from fasting (24-72 hours) as fasting in that range conserves muscle, as does eating only a couple hundred calories (if you aren't doing it every day)
Binge eating isn't actually that bad a thing to do periodically, so don't feel bad if you do binge. Binge eating will prolong the amount of days you spend dieting, which will help burn more muscle in the long run. Just stay away from protein on your binges.
Yeah that's basically what I did (I'm not OP). Lost some 7kgs since late January and seems like I kept most of my leg muscle, which is nice.
I feel shoulder muscles will be the hardest ones to kill, mainly because I had them for so long.
My diet currently looks like this:
Breakfast: 65g rice, 35g chicken
Lunch: 65g rice, 50g beans, 30g chicken
Afternoon snack: 1 banana + 2 spoons of oat meal
Dinner: 65g rice, 30g chicken
My gym routine looks like this:
Mondays: do 5km in ~30 minutes
Wednesdays: do 5km in ~30 minutes
Fridays: full leg day + running or stair climbing for as long as I can manage (usually less because I'm tired from having done leg exercises)
I feel hungry all the time but I can manage.
