I've looked into the science of hrt and youthfulness and from what I've found it'd be uneducated to say there was no link or that there was definitively no advantage to taking it
However, I'd be very careful taking it as a cis female, it's known to come with some cancer risks, although that's decreased with modern bioidentical hormones.
It might be worth looking into railoxifine (or however you spell it) and monitoring your hormones carefully to keep them at a consistent level as they decrease (which begins to happen to a noticeable degree at some point in your 30s)
Do your research thoroughly though before you start.

bbbut your body already produces E I assume. Taking exogenous E will just shut down your gonads. Maybe think about hrt once you hit menopause, but taking E right now won't do shit.

This cant be real, but on the chance that it is you should just take an AA, like spironolactone. You already have plenty to estrogen, and more will do nothing. I think afabs get Spiro prescribed for acne sometimes.

Get your bloods monitored regularly, it's probably too early to start now anyway. Your estrogen levels should be at their peak till at least your late 20s early 30s, but maybe consider this once you notice a decrease set in. You'd have to adjust your dosage quite frequently since you'll be supplementing for your naturally varying hormones.

Also, this is quite hypocritical, but the real redpill you should be aiming for is ascending from the patriarchal norms that expect women to forever stay young and conform to the male gaze, and that the idea of "the wall" is a device to control women by making them settle and become dependent on their husbands

if you have a functioning uterus don't forget progestins/progesterone. Just taking E will give you cervical cancer
