I mean it depends on how you define "loser". Most programmers make a lot of money, so they're not necessarily academically or career-wise losers.

Video games, anime, and programming seem malebrained, but that's mostly because of marketing. Computers were initially even a female career. They're hobbies that don't involve much performative masculinity, especially the games/anime trans women pre-transition usually like. They're often colorful and feature lots of pretty girl characters they can live vicariously through. They're also a hobby they can engage in that doesn't feel masculine without getting bullied for it.
Becoming a tranny for some is an attempt to avoid adulthood. On a subconscious level they feel if they can avoid becoming grown men, they avoid growing old at all. This is why theyre into toys, games etc. This same mental illness taken further leads to diaper fetish.

they're not "malebrained". they're just for LONERS. there's nothing masculine about reading books etc - it's not feminine either, but its not masculine. It doesn't require any masculine displays of strength, violence, bravado, bonding or socializing with other males, etc. They're Solitary hobbies that don't require any displays of masculinity. Hell until the Xbox era, even games were seen as for loser faggots etc (I was called that a lot) and NOT for the cool boys. Boys aren't allowed any displays of femininity so any of that is banned but they can at least partake in these safer hobbies.

I'm not into any of those things, but I do have a job as an engineer, which is in that same vein, so I'll defend that.
My attempts to transition early were successfully thwarted by my religious parents, so I developed what I called "Plan B". That is, getting a degree in something that pays well, so I can afford to be a high effort transitioner that started later in life. I had the aptitude for engineering, and it is not lost on me that the testosterone exposure probably gave me a boost there.
But you wanted an answer, and here it is. I kicked, screamed, and clawed my way to a somewhat successful transition by using my facilities, whether they were stereotypically male or not.
I'd say there are malebrained and femalebrained games out there. I certainly don't know any cis girls who went out of their way to play something like Dark Souls for fun, they tend to stick to games like The Sims or Animal Crossing.
A lot are failed males who are trying to play life on easy mode. Why do you think transbian scum is so common?
