The benchmark is an English phonetic pangram, containing allophones. That makes it one of the best ways to measure how your voice is developing over time.
That's how I feel sometimes. Especially, for the past few weeks, I haven't even been able to voice train, so my voice probably went all the way back to square one.

i haven't done a lot of voice training so this probably sounds like shit i just want someone else to tell me so i can't delude myself :p
