Do you see yourself as a woman/want to be seen as a woman by other people? If so, then you're a woman, regardless of what you look like. A woman looking ugly, like a man, etc, doesn't change the fact that they're a woman. Your gender is completely independent from what you look like.
You should try and reach out to a therapist.
Also, maybe you can post selfies in a friendly place (not here) and get advice about how to pass better.

Find an ACTUALLY trans-friendly therapist. If they're trying to pressure you into detransitioning then they're not trans friendly. Some kinds of therapists will market themselves as gender exploratory or neutral or sometimes even pro trans but their trans clients will have a completely different view of them. See if there's a trans resource center near you that can give you a list of therapists that people have had good experiences with.

There's nothing wrong with being female and looking masculine. I promise, regardless of what anyone else says. Will people treat you a little bit worse than if you were super pretty and femme? Yep. But that doesn't mean you can't have a happy, fulfilling life with lots of fun and many different things to look forward to.
