Having spent way, way too much time researching the subject, talking to hundreds of trannies online, and self-reflecting, I don't personally believe that there is such a thing as a legitimate case of transgenderism, BUT even if there is a legitimate condition, I think the 61% post-transition suicide rate demonstrates that no element of transitioning (HRT, presenting in public, or SRS) is an effective treatment for it. That suicide rate has climbed from 41% to 51% and on as acceptance of trannies and their presence in the public eye has grown exponentially over the past decade, so clearly transportation is not to blame. Trannies have never been more universally accepted and applauded by Soviety, and yet their suicide rate has never been higher.

Perhaps allowing mentally ill people to hold themselves hostage in exchange for pharmaceutical drugs to which they are addicted wasn't such a good idea after all...

But anyway, let's assume that it is legitimate condition so the only thing you have to figure out is whether you have the condition thus requiring the "treatment".

If it is a legitimate condition then it cannot be a fetish, nor can it be a sexual orientation, therefore what you are attracted to cannot be used as evidence one way or the other. If it is a legitimate condition then those who have this condition want to be women. It means when you imagine lactating out of meatballs on your chest, or bleeding out of a hole where your dick is supposed to be, that doesn't disgust you. It means you don't care about being *attractive*, only female. A true tranny would rather be Kathy Bates than James Charles.

So if you're concerned about aging and/or you want to look like what you find attractive and/or being what you find attractive is sexually arousing to you, then you're not a tranny, you're a vain effeminate narcissist. Many such cases! Including myself.
