So I have any options besides starve myself and work out basically just praying other things stick around? I barely even gained any more curves at all. Is it because I ate too much sugar? Do I need pioglitazone?

your fault for getting 1. way too fat and 2. getting lazy fat (no exercise) and 3. getting unhealthy fat (tons of carbs, probably alcohol and fast food also instead of protein+fat+veggie/fruit/nuts).

Thank you, user. That's all pretty true aside from the alcohol part. I had fast food several times a week and exercised intermittently at best, and now I'm obese. Is there anything special I can do while I'm losing the weight?

I mean, u r kinda cute :d but yeah hahah could be better. As the other user said, ur mistake was gaining a lot of visceral fat, u need to do a bit of research how to gain subcutaneous fat, and then weight cycle, but gaining mostly subcutaneous fat.

Ok, fine. I read something a while back about HIITs maybe targeting visceral fat more preferentially than other workouts. Maybe couch-to-5k plan, then switch to / add HIITs towards the end?

Anyone know if pioglitazone helps retain subq fat, or only helps to store it? I know using more than 15 mg/day is pretty sus for bone health. PB+banana smoothies ok for fat gains?
