Transgenders, or tranners, are the 'meta-attracted AGP' AKA straight trans girls and transbians who act like cis women in all manners. The primary distinguishing factor should be how they first masturbated: if they masturbated prone by grinding against objects, then they are transgender, because their brain follows the systematic development of sexuality of a cis womans', which means they are literally fembrained.
Pseudotrans are individuals who claim to be transgender but are actually not. This includes HSTSniggers, autopedophiles, transmaxxers, autistics, and sissy faggots. There isn't much that needs to be said about these groups individually, but usually they think in male ways. I think the most telling thing is the male perception of what femininity is, which is why you get bimbos (Blaire White), non-op Tgirls (also Blaire lol), and crypto-sissies/autopedophiles (Stefoknee). The most telling thing for "true" transgender women is that, when put into drag/sissy/flaming getups, they experience extreme dysphoria. But, if dressed like an actual cis woman (even non-passing,) they show extra confidence in their appearance and true happiness.

while both structures of desire are present from a young age, and trauma can mess with them, with time and normal functioning, whichever libido was more prominent at a young age should tend to maintain itself. though this is a good explanation for why some (especially bisexual) transsexuals describe a shift in their sexuality (towards androphilia) after around a year of transition which lasts until about the third year of transition it seems very unlikely though that all agps are coping incels as you suggest
