I've found r9k to be accepting personally. I'm in a few of their discords. Met my best online friend from there. You can't see 3 bad posts in a thread and ignore all the robots being nice, tranner.

I don't know if it's 10% or what but it ends up becoming like 70% of all posts in a high percentage of threads so it kind of doesn't matter. It clogs up almost every board.
