I will procede to dump some hand clocking tips.
Females tend to have longer pinky to middle finger ratios than males. It is near impossible for a typical male hand's index finger to be longer than his ring finger. However it can be hard to tell in photos since the difference is small and my be eaten by angles.
Females have more slender fingers and hands.
My own hand looks like a little kid's.
