can confirm, got C/D cups within 2 years after being on spiro for the first year, still recommend avoiding spiro or using as little of it for as little time as possible just based on my subjective experience and what I've read

yeah it's just unpleasant to be on like you pee a lot and feel weaker and I had some general digestive issues on it, plus I worry about long term cognitive effects and the dreaded spiro brainfog, so even when I had good levels otherwise I just feel better on E + Progesterone without any AA

just get a small amount of estradiol. that will make you get some feminine traits like smoother skin, less bodyhair growth, better hair. all that in a small amount.

getting just antiandrogens will just make you feel sick and tired and kind of masculine androgynous instead of feminine androgynous

what about something like 4mg estradol and 25mg of bica?

thats transgirl dosage. If you're willing to actually transition then its more than enough. But if you want just slightly femininity you should stick with something really small like 2mg daily or maybe 2mg a day and the next day 4mg, no need for antiandrogens (bica)

Its hon dose for transitioning to a girl. Its more than enough for a boy who wants to still be a boy.
Besides that it all depends on the person, some lucky ones really get 8/10 transition out of hondose
