no for three reasons
1. fascist parties often lie in the early stages to get more followers
2. fascist autarkic economics can't work in a modern era especially for a long period of time, even if they succeeded and actually did support trans people it couldn't maintain itself for long and wouldn't provide the support for long it would inevitably crash or commit the largest genocides in history
3. fascism would require a base of support. nobody who supported transrights would be down with a fascist movement. they would abandon the issue pretty quickly for popular support.
