I am a trans woman. We need to address the problem in our community -- the problem of sexual assault. When a trans woman is accused of assault, instead of allowing an impartial investigation, we automatically close ranks and deny that there is a problem at all. The fact is that shielding trans sexual predators does no one any favors. All the cis people can tell that we are covering for sexual predators so it just discredits our community.

When Chris-chan and the Wi spa rapehon stories came out, there were trannies everywhere defending them instead of disavowing them and admonishing them for their crimes.

Literally only thing I've seen trannies defend her on is her gender identity and fighting back against misgendering and transphobic abuse. No one is defending her actions. At most people are reminding us that she's a disturbed individual who needs psychiatric help.
