I wouldn't take 20 year old pills long term unless no other option because pill filler can in some unlikely events go bad due to moisture and grow bacteria. Make sure to have a huge stockpile of antibacterial pills as well, although they may not be as useful in 80-90 years...Anyways, if you want a 50+ year stockpile, get yourself a real prepper method.Buy raws, store them as good as you can together with a great scale, something for volumetric dosing.Self sustaining food is far more important than anything else though. I think about this scenario more often than I should.

I went down this rabbit hole for a while and came to the conclusion that there's no easy way to survive outside of having everything you need for years to farm without machinery including a group of people. Considering how tough life would be I decided it wasn't a world I wanted to live in.
