It's very popular here to act as though cis women have perfect lives with no problems but tons of them get left for this exact reason. I personally know a woman who's traumatized by having four miscarriages and no successful pregnancies - her husband really wanted children and broke up with her after pushing her to keep trying. At least transwomen know from the start that it's impossible and will never have to deal with losing a pregnancy.
