Arch Linux is more advanced, u have to install a lot of things from scratch including any gui other than just a straight command line, PopOS is easy to install, already pre-setup with everything u need to get using it, but is more of a beginner distro so it has less advanced features and less customizability.

Tranny here, I primarily use Gentoo. It's the best OS and easy to understand. I've never looked back from Arch which was a systemd dumpsterfire. Gentoo is simple to debug because you only it as complicated as you want. It also has live packages which are directly clones from directly from dev repositories so you're always up to date on packages (super practical for things like youtube-dl which need to be updated quickly when youtube breaks things)
