You should watch how terfs seethe when they see self proclaimed lesbians approach us. They’ll fight tooth and nail to claim any lesbian attracted to a trans woman is actually bi. I frequent a lesbian bar all the time and me being T doesn’t typically deter them from wanting atleast SOMETHING from me even tho I’m completely unattracted to women.

TERFs also reacted against him when they found out he required mandatory "Real Life Experience" - basically, they were angry that he was "telling trannies to enter womens spaces to rape them" etc

They were also mad at the suggestion that AGPness isn't invented by porn but rather just a natural part of their brain wiring.

Because people, both TERFs and MTFs, strongly misunderstood Blanchard. His typology is bullshit but it was never intended to be a gatekeeping device - Blanchard was very open about the fact that he believes transition IS the best way to cope with AGP and has always promoted MTF transition.

TERFs latched onto him because the truth is TERFs are pick-mes who want to feel like they’re the Logic and Reason crowd just like old-fashioned antifeminists did. They throw feminine women under the bus constantly (especially those that are feminine in a way that doesn’t conform to expectations of social class - someone who’s feminine in the way JKR is is accepted, but someone with identical views who embodies the bimbo aesthetic would never be), hate feminine gay men but use masculine normie gay men who think gaydens are cringe as a shield, and they basically WORSHIP a cishet man in a suit who validates their own superiority.
