you probably won't die on it. it's not super safe for blood clots though, especially if you don't move too much during the day. at best, it's wasteful

yeah 300-350pg/ml is a good trough to aim for. see picrel. That's pretty low friend, maybe go to 5mg? personally I dislike cypionate because of how much you have to inject. a similar dose in EV is only .125-.25ml depending on concentration

I've been following Lena's recommended dosage, but her website says that I shouldn't be injecting into the thigh. Can I still do thigh injections though? I need to rotate between a few sites.

I'm guessing she meant intramuscular injection into thigh. After all she used to recommend injecting in the deltoid muscle and that shit is even worse at getting stable levels. Subcutaneous injection into the thigh works just fine, unless you have a lot of vascularity down there from being an ex-powerlifter or some shit. Belly works too. If you're worried just alternate between different regions to smooth out any potential differences

But I guess it also depends on how much fat you have and where its located, I suppose the buttocks generally has the most fat and would allow for a deeper subcutaneous injection as she says
