Because due to Laissez-faire right wing groups gaining traction ideological and economical views are now practically unseparable. Because of this you might be hard-pressed to find any online community (and lets face it - online communities play HUGE role in trans lifes) which is pro-capitalism and at the same time doesn't believe you are retarded/not deserving of basic rights is difficult if not impossible to many people.
On the brighter side most people are not terminaly online teenagers and can function without giving a fuck about others and their political views, so you can still meet decent people to hang out irl.
