I can't remember a lot of names from all the stuff i've read. Overlord is one. But the idea of getting different races into one main hub and everyone cooperating is fairly common so i don't know why you even ask for proof in the first place.

There are so many isekai stories out there, find one that isn't progressive.
There is usually magic/cheat skills/bikini armor/etc in isekai. Funny that political/social dynamics is the thing that breaks realism for you.
Most isekai are just power fantasies for the author to cope really hard on how they think the world should work and not how it actually works.
