There were threads, but it didn't "seem" like it was active because most of the active threads around here are trash filled to the brim with over 90% garbage posting. Everyone respects Cardcaptor Sakura, so discussion was mostly about the show.

Isn’t the manga monthly or something? I don’t remember how much S1 of Clear Card covered up to. I’m actually binging it right now and rereading the manga afterwards. We got S1 of Clear Card in 2018 so it’s been about 4 years. It’s probably going to be a few more years to let the manga go further.

The official may deliberately avoid Precure's 20th anniversary celebration. In 2018, Clear Card was arranged in the same time slot as Hugtto Precure. As a result, the little girl would only choose to watch Hugtto Precure and not choose to watch Clear Card.
