Speaking of redraws, why was the chapter where Nyan mauled a bunch of C-to-A-Class Heroes redrawn? It outright removed some of Nyan's feats and weakened his presence. The bit where he breaks a knife with his eyelid is gone. Before, there was a sense that the Heroes were in a hopeless situation but now they just get done without time to properly soak the feeling in. It feels more hurried to get it over with in a sense, as if it was unpleasant to depict the Heroes in an undignified light.
In general, the manga seems to abhor emotional and moral imperfection, as shown by the unnecessary character development of Waganma. What reason does Fubuki have to fight Tatsumaki in the future, considering the whole reason they got into the confrontation in the first place was because Tatsumaki wanted to kill the captured Psykos, who escaped in the manga? Why didn't Psykos fight Fubuki? Why didn't Murata loudly protest that he didn't get to draw that fight, didn't he enjoy drawing Fubuki, didn't he enjoy drawing Psykorochi posing sexily, didn't he post in Twitter about how he disliked the webcomic's characterisation of Metal Bat? What are they going to do to Amai Mask's arc going forward?
