Aizen didn't want to kill anyone except Yamamoto, for embodying Soul Society's history, and Momo for adoring his false image

To be fair some of them should have died (e.g. Hiyori who got cut in half) but healing hax is a thing. Aizen also didn't really care about killing them, he was cocky and thought nobody (except Yama) could touch him anyway
