I know they really do not want to do anything outside what Miura said, but it makes the chapters really lack fucking detail and have weird pacing. It feels like i am reading every second page of the actual release.

Yet, it feels like we are progressing mroe in the story than the last couple of decades under Miura. I take that at least

People are gonna complain that Guts didnt go full ragetard her but let me lay it out for you
>It's been 3 or 4 years since he last fought Griffith in the Black Swordsman arc
>He's had his sword become etheral and got the berserk armor
>He has control of the Berserker armor
>Has spent the last 3-4 years trying to get Casca to Elfhelm which he finally did and healed her
>He is so weak he can barley swing his sword anymore and is dying
>Griffith shows up turns out to be the one thing still connecting Guts and Casca together as the moon child
>Kidnaps Casca
>Guts cant even touch him
>The one chace he does get Griffith teases him by holding Caca where the blade would hit
>He flies away
Guts is beyond being able to get angry anymore he has realized this is actually hopeless. Every single powerup and fight he's fought to get stronger in the past 5 or 6 years since the Eclipse has done nothing for him he is still unable to even draw a single speck of blood from Griffith. He thought he had a chance before but now he has realized when confronted that he cannot do fucking anything no matter how hard he has or will try.
