I find it insane that the people who literally create the whole medium with their own hands are left with scraps and the people who market their work forward reap all the profits. And when animation quality is poor due to a lack of time or budget the executives never receive shit and only the animators are blamed. Yet, people still shill for capitalism like it's needed. Truly a fucked up world we live in.

If they could have done it they would have already. Drawing is a skill that has to be trained and not everyone can be good at it. The more likely thing to happen is that there will be an even bigger shift to 3d animation since you can teach that to anyone and you can hire 3d animators from the entire world.

You fail to realize that the market exists to fill a demand. A larger market exists because its filling a greater demand no matter how much a bunch of morons screech because they dont like whats being made. Nobody gives a shit about what you think about the state of or the quality of whats being produced because you are the kind of moron that would screech about it and not buy any of it anyway while acting like the entitled cunts you all are.

The industry won't collapse from the lack of profit, it will collapse from the lack of staff. It's profitable, but absolutely unsustainable in terms of how it treats its workers.

Try checking the staff of any current big anime. It's full of gooks chinks and Vietnamese

Well its capitalism 101 though. Make something as cheap as possible to sell for as much as possible so you can pocket the profits. Outsource everything you can to the third world so you dont have to pay minimum wage. Cut as many corners as you possibly can during production to pump out as much as possible. Beat a terrible work ethic into your management and staff so they grind people into dust and when they do replace them with fresh doe eyed newbies who dont know better. Just keep feeding the grinder until its illegal to do so and then just move it somewhere else and continue on.

When the end goal of literally every single company is to print as much money as possible no matter the cost to the populace you just end up with a meatgrinder on every corner of every street.

Ehh, it has its own problems. You still have Japanese sakkans ("animation directors") and enshutsu ("episode directors") who have to fix all of the shit drawn by gaijins, and they often have to redo the entire thing. Outsourcing is absolutely broken at the moment.
