What made the classic good when every new version is so fucking bad?
Saint Seiya

You being a 5 year old when watching the old one probably helped.
Tried to read the classic and fucking sucks, cant belevie people actually enjoy this shit
>pre 2000 anime vs post 2000 anime
It just doesn't work unless you put effort into it. Bless LC and the first half of Hades.
Homoerotic machismo, sadomasochism and a god-tier OST
And blood.
And cheese, don't forget the ever so lovely anime cheese.
Why was it removed from netflix, bros. I don't feel so good...

There's your problem.
The classic was never good, because once a knight has seen a move its useless, and the main characters just oga booga the same attack until it finally works.
I was never a fan of the original, but it did had a badass opening, I always let it on when they aired the show and changed the channel once it was over, besides the series is miles better than wathever the fucking crap Murricans did on Netflix with that CGI remake, so yeah, OP is right:
>Old good
>New bad
youtu.be
I watched it RECENTLY and it was kino stfu
sanctuary arc literally forged the shounens formula for years to this day
Because the classic was never good. Try Next Dimension. You can't? So that's why...
Love for the craft.
You can tell the ones doing the new series are thinking "cartoons are 4kids"
Boomer detected. Man, that's not true, zoomer shonen are way more violent than 80's shonen, it's a fact.
season one of "omega" was really good
Pallas arc >>>>>>>>>>> Hades arc
That's sadomasochism
That's homoerotic machismo
Isn't the new one technically a cartoon? It has American writers and it's originally recorded in English. The animation is Japanese but nobody see Thundercats or The Real Ghostbusters as anime.
>Homoerotic
Homoerotic for women, the characters are too feminine for gay public.
that's some hippie shit, I bet you're a fucking commie too
