Don't anime get pre set allotted timeslots for the network they have their episodes on and then after the allotted time for the Season's airing passes those slots get filled in with another anime?

We are not even sure of that. Best case scenario they just dump it on netflix next season with no tv airing, if they actually care about airing it we may have towait till next year

Since it's apparently a tiny company, I'm betting one or two vital employees got laid out initially and the infection just keeps bouncing around, and they can't get shit done unless the whole group is OK and in the office.
