Never. No reason to make one for a done series that you can't capitalize on. Plus it would be shit anyway and subject to a lot of condensing because of how long it is and have shitty CG when it comes to army battles or characters with difficult to animate designs. TADA is making remakes of all the old games, in 2016 the remake of Rance03 came out, the next remake is IV, it's logical

I have seen animated series of finished products that are still being capitalized, you can always get a DLC from RanceX or you can put voices to all the characters as in Rance03, as for the animated scenes there are quite a few scenes that can be animated perfectly, I do not see the problem especially because the Rance saga has an exploitable lore.
