most underrated show of the season?
Kinsou no Vermeil
Is the show really flopping?
Needs more fanart
tfw no succubus gf who encourages you to btfo everyone else
Remember to protect future wife so you can have future kids
This shit might've had a chance to be interesting if Vermeil was the main character, and was framed as her psuedo-isekai. She has isekai powerlevel already, and Alto contributes so little to the story that she feels like the MC anyway.
It would've also made a more interesting opening episode rather than seeing the white haired cuck faggot getting bullied for having perfect grades because the author was bullied in school and needed a way to get back at them
needed more Chadto
Who did it better?
So precious
why even live
The latest episode was alright. It's clearly a transition episode. This anime is becoming a hidden gem, alright. I enjoy how most of the cast is completely insane.
How would we know if it was flopping?
Vermeil basically is a main character alongside Alto. Heck her name is in the title. Also, Alto was never bullied in the first episode. He wasn't popular sure, but he wasn't unpopular either, and nobody resented him having good grades.
>hidden gem
>top 10s seasonal charts consistently, sometimes top 5s
>faggots never stop shitting up actual discussions with this coombait
braindead
Ah, so its one of those series where people talk like its unpopular but the actual numbers indicate it is fairly popular.
One thing I gotta say, as one reviewer put it, the animation is not particularly high quality but you can tell the animators put a lot of love and effort into what they had to work with. Makes it much more enjoyable to watch, as does the relative novelty of Vermeil and Alto's relationship.
I also feel like the way the setting uses magic is a bit different from typical series. Its more like reality bending than specific "spells."
>top 10s seasonal charts consistently, sometimes top 5s
Is it? Where the fuck is the gud fanart, show is almost over
>flopping
It isn't, but it deserves to
>Vermeil basically is the main character
FTFY
>first episode
Right, the random bully side characters decide to pick a fight with him (that he's too much of a pussy to do anything but send Vermeil to take care of) in episode 2 or 3. The pacing (and story) is such dogshit that I couldn't remember where and when that happens
Sakura vibes
>the random bully side characters decide to pick a fight with him (that he's too much of a pussy to do anything but send Vermeil to take care of) in episode 2 or 3.
Your memory is still off then. The bully's beef was with Vermeil, not Alto. And Alto didn't send Vermeil to do anything, rather he snuck up behind the bully to trap him in crystal. Then when he broke free of that Vermeil decided to power Alto up to win the fight.
Tits so big you can't keep them off-screen.
Alto looking like the better snack
You reckon Alto indulges himself and sucks them every night causing Vermeil to giggle?
After the events of the Bronze exam? Maybe.
The shota's VA doesn't fit the role.
>The bully's beef was with Vermeil, not Alto
Every time, without fail, whenever someone corrects me about something I got wrong in the plot, the plot is always worse than I remembered. My brain literally believes that this show is full of generic tropes, yet the plot somehow manages to be worse than generic tropes.
Why the fuck are you guys watching this?
>inb4 waifufags
How so? You want him to sound meeker? Tougher? I don't have any complaints with him as is.
Is it? Somehow it does not feel that popular. I'm glad it has a positive reception. Maybe that way we could get a second season.
sounds fine to me, it works when he's being attacked by pink and Vermeil
I can't wait for chapter 17 in the anime
It's just fine.
>Why the fuck are you guys watching this?
Mostly likable characters, a fun premise, a ecchi romance that goes somewhere, some nice comedy, writing that is better than it needs to be.
And yes, a tall, confident sexy demon lady.
>Why the fuck are you guys watching this?
Because of pic related. Recommend me another anime that has lots of this
This. I am so sick of romantic stories that move at snail pace, in which you have to watch an entire season to maybe see the protagonist kiss, let alone date.
Will you go against the world to save your demon waifu?
>writing that is better than it needs to be.
Kek
And stay there, faggot
