Funny enough, the one actually caring about medicine (Pitou) was not affected by this attack and died without even knowing she could have probably helped them somehow.
At the moment of serialziation I sure wasn't the only one predicting a nuke would be the only choice left. But even so we didn't expect for Netero to be already carrying one inside or how it was going to be implemented and it was amazing.
