I didn't find it that funny when I watched it during the original airing, but I rewatched it a few weeks ago, and some of the gags landed much better this time. Some real out loud laughter, you know

The second layer is when you realize the title is unironic and an accurate description of the show.

One of the best soundtracks in anime. It really captures the feel of cartoons using classical music for the bgm during the golden age of american animation. But I'm not as decisive to call it the best part of Nichijou when the amazing visuals arguably match the music.
