How many months until we see Code have another meltdown?

I'm hoping (and expecting) the next time he has a meltdown being the time shit starts getting fucked up and we start seeing some major deaths in the series

You can, Just have them show up later in the story and weaken them so you don't have to use Sasuke and Naruto.
