With how bad Wano was I have no hopes for Oda being able to make a good final war arc. At best he'll keep the conflict ridiculously small scale with just marines + WG vs Luffy's fleet with some allied nations like Wano and FI + some lesser allies like Marco and then off panel the impact the void century's history has on most of the world. I bet the revolutionary army will do jack shit apart from maybe Sabo.
