Everything was going OK with F-cup chan until her mom find out, then the whole manga went to hell and arguably it never recovered. It resolved itself kind off and when things started to go all right again Satsuki confessed, but it doesn't seem as if she actually liked him she was just confused about everything. Then F-cup started to have second thoughts, then we had the side quest with Satsuki's family and after that they "broke up" and everything went to hell even harder now he wanted to get with Satsuki, but after the school trip shit arc Satsuki seemed hesitant, she didn't want to give him the kiss he wanted, now she got a call from her mom that Nao-kun 2 and the other chick are getting married and that she doesn't need to take over the inn anymore and the schizo switch have been flipped again.

Watari himself is such an awful character that I don't really care

I kind of thing that the idea is that she clung to Nao-kun not because she liked him, but because she wanted some sense of belonging and he misinterpreted it as romantic attraction. Now he finally got it and will dedicated himself to be her tard wrangler. I doubt he'll get back with F-chan anymore, but he won't end up with Satsuki either.
