You're approaching anime incorrectly, in general. Nazuna is designed to be a fantasy girlfriend for beta Japanese males.
>interested in the main character for reasons not based on his actions or appearance (nothing he can do, no social awkwardness will change her interest in his blood's flavor)
>older, so can show the MC the ropes, buy him stuff, etc., but still a virgin and easily embarrassed by sex-related topics, so not intimidating
>somewhat attractive, but not overly so, so less likely to be hit on by alpha males or to realize she has no business being with a beta
>purported to be a "lady of the night," but her nighttime fun consists mainly of playing video games, using vampire powers to fly upside-down or joke with drunks on the street
Basically, no girl like this exists or will ever exist because any decently attractive female will always be taken by a more attractive or richer male, and the second she realizes she's desirable to high status men, she wouldn't even consider a low status middle-school autist, like the MC.

There's another character that would fit that a lot better later on, but I don't think it fits Nazuna because Kou isn't really a beta, later in the manga they reveal how he was shy and shit in his childhood, but after a while started to put up a front in school, so he was one of the most popular kids there, that also had perfect grades, but he was tired of pretending he liked that life or most of those friends, he goes back there once and people literally flock to him
